We completed construction on the second building in Avon Logistics Center. This warehouse building totals 1,100,000 SF. The building features a clear height of 40', 402 parking spaces, 104 dock doors, and four dock doors. Our team constructed a 6,000 SF speculative office inside the new facility.
This ground-up build included full site development and construction of a brand-new 5,000-square-foot car wash facility. The scope also featured the addition of a drive-through canopy and installation of multiple vacuum stations.
