This renovation included everything from new HVAC equipment and a revised layout to new in-slab plumbing for a new floor plan, new walls and epoxy flooring, and even a glass viewing wall in the cat room.
Our team completed this project for the Clinton Public Library. This involved redoing the main entrance, adding an exterior ramp at the south entrance area, adding site pavers to enhance the front of the facility, and new flag poles. We also painted the existing EIFS on the exterior of the library.
We completed construction on this building for Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change in Kokomo, IN. This is a 1,340 SF, two-bay, full-service oil change center. The two service bays include two in-ground service pits and one vehicle lift. We also built a customer waiting area and a unisex restroom for this project.
We completed a 32,000 SF warehouse/office build-out within the Washington Business Park facility. Morrell Group, a provider of advanced motion control solutions, has relocated to this facility after outgrowing its previous location. This new facility will provide the company with the opportunities and resources they need, allowing them to innovate for the future.
We had back-to-back completions for our repeat client. This walk-in clinic are all approximately 3,700 SF and include a reception area, exam rooms, lab area, and x-ray room.
Our team finished a complete build-out for a pharmacy distributor in Indianapolis, Indiana. Our team created a full-height demising wall in a shell building to create this 47,000 SF area for our client. We then completed a full build-out, which included a pharmacy, conference rooms, several office spaces, a break room, and a warehouse area.

Construction of a new 80,000 SF manufacturing facility for the California-based food processing company. The new location will allow the company to increase its production capacity of processed fruit for yogurt, bakery fillings, and other foods. It will also place the company closer to its Midwest clients.
