We completed this 1.1 MM SF building for one of our confidential clients. Located on the East Coast, this speculative warehouse features a 36' clear height, 566 parking spaces, 375 trailer parking spaces, and 120 dock doors. This project is the first building constructed in this 195-acre development and includes upgrading the infrastructure of VDOT roadways, drainage systems, fiber optics, natural gas delivery, and power grid upgrades.

In addition, this building has summer ventilation, which will keep the space cool and comfortable during high temperatures.

Construction of a new 80,000 SF manufacturing facility for the California-based food processing company. The new location will allow the company to increase its production capacity of processed fruit for yogurt, bakery fillings, and other foods.
