We are currently constructing Park 130 Building #8, a 670,000 SF industrial facility within the Park 130 development for Lord Realty Holdings.
The facility will feature a 40-foot clear height, 68 dock doors, four drive-in doors, and 97 truck parking spaces. This project marks our eighth building within the Park 130 development, continuing the growth of the industrial campus.
Peterson has begun work on a new 270,000-square-foot manufacturing facility for Southwark Metal Manufacturing Co. in Hernando, Mississippi. Sitework is currently underway as construction progresses on this large-scale industrial project.

Peterson constructed Project Huskies, a 543,000 SF build-to-suit in. We completed this project for a confidential client with Shear Property Group!
This facility features a 40' clear, three (2) drive-in doors, 35 dock doors, and 200 parking spaces. Our team also fully designed and built the outdoor amenity areas, including irrigation, a 30' flagpole, a fire pit with benches, a pavilion, shelters, a pickle ball, a 2,800 SF putting green, and a fishing dock. In addition, this building has summer ventilation, which will keep the space cool and comfortable during high temperatures.
We completed construction on the second building in Avon Logistics Center. This warehouse building totals 1,100,000 SF. The building features a clear height of 40', 402 parking spaces, 104 dock doors, and four dock doors. Our team constructed a 6,000 SF speculative office inside the new facility.
Construction was completed on a new development for CA Ventures and Clarion Partners. The two-building development that totals 708,000 SF and offers excellent accessibility with immediate access to I-65 and I-465.
Building A is a 429,300 SF facility with a 36' clear height, four (4) drive-in doors, 94 dock doors, 46 dock levelers, and 313 auto spaces. Building B is a 278,200 SF facility with a 36' clear height, three (3) drive-in doors, 57 dock doors, 30 dock levelers, and 241 auto spaces.
We completed this 1.1 MM SF building for one of our confidential clients. Located on the East Coast, this speculative warehouse features a 36' clear height, 566 parking spaces, 375 trailer parking spaces, and 120 dock doors. This project is the first building constructed in this 195-acre development and includes upgrading the infrastructure of VDOT roadways, drainage systems, fiber optics, natural gas delivery, and power grid upgrades.
Peterson recently completed a facility expansion for Flodraulic in Greenfield, Indiana, enhancing both the functionality and appearance of the property.
The project included the construction of a 7,000-square-foot precast warehouse addition, providing additional space to support the client's growing operations. Improvements also extended throughout the site, including a full exterior repaint, new office flooring, expanded parking areas, and updated landscaping.
With these upgrades now complete, the facility is well-positioned to support Flodraulic's continued growth and success for years to come.
Construction has been completed in Springdale, Ohio. These two speculative warehouses have been complete for Strategic Capital Partners, LLC with Development & Construction Insight (DCI). Building #1 is a 180,500 SF facility that will feature a 32' clear height, 18 dock doors, 4 drive-in doors, and 248 parking spaces. Building #4 is a 375,000 SF cross-dock facility and will feature a 36' clear height, 40 dock doors, 4 drive-in doors, and 317 parking spaces.
