Project Description

We constructed a speculative warehouse for our partner, Lord Realty Group. This is the seventh building for Park 130, a corporate industrial park in Whitestown, Indiana. This 400,000 SF building features a 36' clear height, four drive-in doors, 40 dock doors, and 271 parking spaces.

For this project, we reversed the office layout to create a larger conference room and open office area and added a new kitchenette. We also added electrical feeds for floor boxes to service the newly added workstations, new light fixtures, carpet, paint, LVT, ceramic tile, doors/frames, and casework.

We completed at Indiana State University in Terre Haute, Indiana. We remodeled the chemistry department's 1,500 SF storage room. All chemicals and supplies are stored and distributed to the department out of this space. This project included (2) fume hoods, ventilated storage cabinets, acid storage cabinets, flammable storage, a flask scrubber, and a complete exhaust/ventilation system.
