New headquarters and 58,000 SF manufacturing facility for Quest Safety Products, Inc, a full-line distributor of safety products and a manufacturer of disposable protective apparel. Adding an additional 33,000 SF from their previous facility allows our clients to expand their warehouse and increase their in-stock product offerings.
This project is the first phase out of two that Peterson completed for SelectRx. We renovated an existing 11,900 SF tenant space to meet the new tenant's needs. This renovation included demoing all existing warehouse electrical and HVAC systems and replacing them with new ones. The new tenant packages medication for individuals and requires multiple electrical and data drops for equipment, (2) storage mezzanines, (1) material lift, (2) precast concrete ramps, and a very specialized IT closet and security system.
