Project Description

We completed a 1,000 SF office remodel for Hollingsworth Roberts Means, LLC, an experienced family law firm. This renovation included demoing all the walls, relocating the kitchenette, installing an accent wall in the entryway with a custom logo, architectural grade LED linear, chandelier lighting, recessed lighting throughout, wall tiles in the bathroom, custom cabinets, custom doors, and LVT flooring.

Project Description

Our team recently wrapped up a fabulous project for Buffers USA in Mooresville, Indiana! Our client purchased a 75,000 SF shell building with only four walls and a roof. Peterson transformed this empty building into a high-end warehouse and office space.

This project included adding two office pods (a main office and a shipping and receiving office), upgrading the warehouse, furnishing and installing all dock equipment, and doing all site work. We also connected all utilities to the building, including the main power, fiber, gas, potable water, 8” fire line, and sanitary

Project Description

We completed a 2,100 SF renovation for Fleet Feet in Greenwood, Indiana. This project included the sales floor, fitting room, restroom, and stock room. Our team completed the flooring, framing, drywall, HVAC, and electrical. In addition, we hung the display shelves and placed the wood on the checkout counter.

Project Description

Peterson recently completed a 601,000 SF warehouse/office build-out for Radial Inc. in Avon, Indiana.This project included constructing a full-height demising wall, installing all required electrical infrastructure to support our client's demands throughout the warehouse and office areas, and installing HVAC systems. We also furnished and installed all office finishes, including flooring, paint throughout, roller shades in executive offices and conference rooms, doors and hardware throughout, and glazing in administrative offices and conference rooms. In addition, we cut in (9) new dock positions and installed all appropriate equipment.

Project Description

Completion of a 2,400 SF build-out for Hamilton County's first-ever cat cafe. This cat lounge offers a safe and cage-free environment with adoptable cats for visitors to interact with.

This renovation included everything from new HVAC equipment and a revised layout to new in-slab plumbing for a new floor plan, new walls and epoxy flooring, and even a glass viewing wall in the cat room.

Project Description

We completed a 77,000 SF warehouse build-out for Imperial Dade, located inside Ronald Reagan Logistics Park - Building #4 in Brownsburg, Indiana. This space includes a 5,500 SF office space and a 2,000 SF equipment repair/shop area with a dedicated exterior entrance. The renovation included placing HVLS fans and rooftop exhaust fans with interlocking louvers for outside air cooling. We also added a generator for electrical backup.
