This tenant improvement project included renovating a 97,000 SF warehouse and 2,700 office space. Our team demoed the office spaces and installed all new lighting, wall base, and flooring. We also put in new partitions, floors, and countertops with sinks in the bathrooms.
We completed a 1,000 SF office remodel for Hollingsworth Roberts Means, LLC, an experienced family law firm. This renovation included demoing all the walls, relocating the kitchenette, installing an accent wall in the entryway with a custom logo, architectural grade LED linear, chandelier lighting, recessed lighting throughout, wall tiles in the bathroom, custom cabinets, custom doors, and LVT flooring.
Our Tenant Improvement Division turned a 6,400 SF old brewery space into the new home for Simply Chic, a modern resale store. We demoed all the existing walls, relocated the barn door, and put in new double front doors, a sales counter, a slat wall, and storage for totes. In addition, (5) new dressing rooms and a new office and restroom were added.
This project required demising a 387,000 SF warehouse to create a 119,000 SF tenant space and constructed a 2,400 SF main office and a 250 SF shipping office within that space, including all new electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. We installed an entire racking system within the warehouse, including a fully automated three story pic mod, with material lift for each level. We also provided power and data for several workstations and multiple pieces of equipment throughout the warehouse.
Renovation of an old 10,000 SF building, previously a pharmacy, into a state-of-the-art dentist's office. We gutted the interior, trenched plumbing to all work areas, installed an HVAC system to code for nitrous gas usage, constructed a "turn-key" finished dentist office interior and updated the property's exterior.
The project took around six months and was completed a few weeks ahead of schedule. Peterson self-performed the electrical scope, HVAC scope, locksmith work, general labor, and cleaning.
This project is the first phase out of two that Peterson completed for SelectRx. We renovated an existing 11,900 SF tenant space to meet the new tenant's needs. This renovation included demoing all existing warehouse electrical and HVAC systems and replacing them with new ones. The new tenant packages medication for individuals and requires multiple electrical and data drops for equipment, (2) storage mezzanines, (1) material lift, (2) precast concrete ramps, and a very specialized IT closet and security system
Demised 96,600 SF of a 331,500 SF building with a 2,100 SF office for an electrical supply company. The office construction included all associated electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire suppression scopes. We also installed new warehouse lighting to meet the racking plan of the tenant.
We completed a 150,000 SF warehouse/office renovation for Spectra Premium Industries. This included a complete office remodel, a new shipping office, new spaces, three new restrooms, restroom remodels, all-new high bay lighting, and office finishes.
