Peterson’s involvement began in preconstruction, providing early budget development and cost efficiency support to help Vikan right-size the project before breaking ground. The completed 80,000 SF facility combines corporate office and industrial warehouse space with 32-foot clear height, seven dock doors, one drive-in door, and 76 parking spaces, delivering a purpose-built North American headquarters tailored to Vikan’s operational and administrative requirements.
