Peterson served as general contractor on a full interior build-out for Convivio Italian Artisan Cuisine in Noblesville, Indiana, for Spiga LLC, transforming a vacant 3,200 SF shell space into a fully operational upscale Italian restaurant at 5986 Midland Pointe Boulevard.

The build-out delivered a complete restaurant environment from an empty shell, encompassing all interior finishes, kitchen and service infrastructure, and dining area construction. The Noblesville location is Convivio’s third, reflecting the brand’s continued growth across the Indianapolis metro market.

This project reflects Peterson’s capability to deliver full restaurant build-outs for growing dining concepts, managing the specialized mechanical, electrical, and finish requirements that distinguish restaurant construction from standard commercial tenant improvement work.
