Building #1 is a 180,500 SF facility that will feature a 32′ clear height, 18 dock doors, 4 drive-in doors, and 248 parking spaces. Building #4 is a 375,000 SF cross-dock facility and will feature a 36′ clear height, 40 dock doors, 4 drive-in doors, and 317 parking spaces.
