Peterson served as design-build general contractor on a 67,000 SF corporate headquarters facility in Westfield, Indiana for Browning Chapman, LLC, a specialty contracting company focused on property and facilities management. Peterson delivered the full shell building before transitioning directly into the interior build-out, serving as the single delivery partner across both scopes.
