Building One is a 180,000 SF multi-tenant facility featuring a 29.75-foot clear height, ESFR fire protection, LED lighting, and a 140-foot truck court with 60-foot concrete apron, designed in divisible bays of approximately 31,000 SF to accommodate a range of light industrial, distribution, and manufacturing tenants. Building Two is a 125,000 SF multi-tenant facility.
