Peterson served as general contractor on a remodel and expansion project at the Country Club of Terre Haute in Terre Haute, Indiana, adding a 2,800 SF three-season porch and renovating 1,200 SF of existing dining space.

The new porch features a stamped integral colored concrete floor, wood plank ceiling, a wet bar constructed from hand-hewn wood trim and manufactured limestone, multiple televisions, a new sound system, and EIFS exterior finish. Site improvements included a new outside patio with retaining wall, sidewalk access from the patio to the pool, and new handicap-accessible entry from the parking lot. The dining room renovation encompassed new carpet, paint, ceiling, lighting, and windows throughout.

This project reflects Peterson’s capability to deliver high-finish renovation and expansion work in occupied hospitality and private club environments, where craftsmanship and attention to detail are as important as schedule and budget performance.
