Project Description

We renovated the Northview High School Athletic Building in Brazil, Indiana. All interior CMU walls, lockers, ceilings, and electrical and mechanical systems in the existing locker room sections were removed entirely. Our team then completed an entire build-out, including four new locker rooms featuring metal lockers, new restrooms, showers, and all-new electrical and HVAC systems. In addition, our team also installed a new rooftop unit on the building, rebuilt the wing walls, and painted the floor, walls, and ceiling for the concession stand.

Project Description

Peterson constructed Project Huskies, a 543,000 SF build-to-suit in. We completed this project for a confidential client with Shear Property Group! This facility features a 40' clear, three (2) drive-in doors, 35 dock doors, and 200 parking spaces. Our team also fully designed and built the outdoor amenity areas, including irrigation, a 30' flagpole, a fire pit with benches, a pavilion, shelters, a pickle ball, a 2,800 SF putting green, and a fishing dock. In addition, this building has summer ventilation, which will keep the space cool and comfortable during high temperatures.

Our team recently wrapped up a fabulous project for Buffers USA in Mooresville, Indiana! Our client purchased a 75,000 SF shell building with only four walls and a roof. Peterson transformed this empty building into a high-end warehouse and office space.

This project included adding two office pods (a main office and a shipping and receiving office), upgrading the warehouse, furnishing and installing all dock equipment, and doing all site work. We also connected all utilities to the building, including the main power, fiber, gas, potable water, 8” fire line, and sanitary

Peterson recently completed a 601,000 SF warehouse/office build-out for Radial Inc. in Avon, Indiana.This project included constructing a full-height demising wall, installing all required electrical infrastructure to support our client's demands throughout the warehouse and office areas, and installing HVAC systems. We also furnished and installed all office finishes, including flooring, paint throughout, roller shades in executive offices and conference rooms, doors and hardware throughout, and glazing in administrative offices and conference rooms. In addition, we cut in (9) new dock positions and installed all appropriate equipment.

Completion of a 2,400 SF build-out for Hamilton County's first-ever cat cafe. This cat lounge offers a safe and cage-free environment with adoptable cats for visitors to interact with.

Our team completed this project for the Clinton Public Library. This involved redoing the main entrance, adding an exterior ramp at the south entrance area, adding site pavers to enhance the front of the facility, and new flag poles. We also painted the existing EIFS on the exterior of the library.
