Renovation of an old 10,000 SF building, previously a pharmacy, into a state-of-the-art dentist’s office. We gutted the interior, trenched plumbing to all work areas, installed an HVAC system to code for nitrous oxide usage, constructed a “turn-key” finished dentist office interior, and updated the property’s exterior.
The project took around six months and was completed a few weeks ahead of schedule. Peterson self-performed the electrical scope, HVAC scope, locksmith work, general labor, and cleaning.
