Peterson served as general contractor on a full gut renovation of a former pharmacy in Indianapolis, Indiana, converting a 10,000 SF existing building into a fully operational dental office for Prime Smile Dentistry.

The scope included complete interior demolition, trenched plumbing to all treatment areas, a custom HVAC system engineered for nitrous oxide compliance, full interior build-out to dental office standards, and exterior improvements. Peterson self-performed the electrical, HVAC, locksmith, and general labor scopes, delivering the project several weeks ahead of the six-month schedule.

This project reflects Peterson’s self-perform capability across multiple trades and its experience delivering specialized medical and dental facility construction, where mechanical and plumbing requirements go well beyond standard commercial renovation work.
