Peterson served as general contractor on a full retail-to-recreation conversion at 10321 East U.S. Highway 36 in Avon, Indiana, transforming a vacant retail space in Shiloh Crossing Shopping Center into a 35,000 SF indoor pickleball facility for The Picklr, North America’s fastest-growing indoor pickleball franchise with more than 500 clubs sold nationwide.

The build-out delivered 12 fully fenced indoor courts, including two championship-sized courts with patent-pending outdoor-style court surfacing, a full pro shop, private event space, locker rooms with shower facilities, and a beer tap wall — converting a standard retail shell into a fully operational premier recreation destination.

This project reflects Peterson’s capability to deliver complex recreational and entertainment build-outs, executing full retail conversions for national franchise concepts entering and expanding in the Midwest.
