Peterson has begun work on a new 270,000-square-foot manufacturing facility for Southwark Metal Manufacturing Co. in Hernando, Mississippi. Sitework is currently underway as construction progresses on this large-scale industrial project.

The facility is being purpose-built to support Southwark’s manufacturing operations as the company continues to expand its footprint. With construction now underway, Peterson is managing the project from design through construction to deliver a facility tailored to the company’s operational needs.

Peterson’s relationship with Southwark Metal Manufacturing extends beyond this project. Peterson previously completed a 350,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in McCordsville, Indiana, strengthening a continued partnership with Southwark as the company expands into new markets.
