Peterson served as design-build general contractor on a 70,400 SF speculative industrial facility at the corner of Reeves and Columbia Road in Plainfield, Indiana for Six Points Company.
The facility features a 30-foot clear height, four dock doors, five drive-in doors, 76 parking spaces, and a 1,600 SF speculative office suite.
The building is fully occupied by ERI, Electronic Recyclers International, one of the largest electronics recycling and IT asset disposition companies in North America, processing millions of pounds of end-of-life electronics annually across a network of facilities serving Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and consumers.
This project reflects Peterson’s design-build capability for smaller-format speculative industrial product, delivering purpose-built space that attracted a nationally recognized operator to the Indianapolis market.
