Scope includes site utilities, four roundabouts, earthwork, drainage systems, and county road extensions across the full development site.
Padgett Commons is planned as a walkable mixed-use district at Exit 131 off I-65, ultimately delivering 250,000 SF of retail, restaurant, and entertainment space, 150 residential units, and 100+ hotel rooms across 40 acres — one of the more significant mixed-use developments currently underway in the Indianapolis northwest submarket.
