Peterson served as general contractor on a 601,000 SF warehouse and office build-out for Radial, Inc., a national e-commerce fulfillment and logistics company serving major retail brands, at their Avon, Indiana facility.

The scope included construction of a full-height demising wall, complete electrical infrastructure installation throughout the warehouse and office areas, and HVAC systems. Peterson delivered a full office build-out encompassing flooring, paint, roller shades in executive offices and conference rooms, doors and hardware throughout, and glazing in administrative offices and conference rooms. Nine new dock positions were also cut into the building with all associated dock equipment installed.

This project reflects Peterson’s capability to execute large-scale industrial tenant build-outs for national logistics and e-commerce operators, managing complex multi-trade scopes across both warehouse and office environments within an accelerated delivery timeline.
