Peterson served as general contractor on a renovation and expansion project at Pebble Brook Golf Club in Noblesville, Indiana, adding 5,200 SF of new space and refreshing key areas of the existing facility.

The expansion added a 4,000 SF entertainment wing featuring four golf simulators and dedicated social space, and a 1,200 SF addition to the restaurant and bar area. The restaurant renovation included an upgraded commercial kitchen equipment package and a full refresh of the existing restrooms.

This project reflects Peterson’s capability to deliver hospitality and recreational facility expansions, managing both new construction and occupied renovation scopes simultaneously to minimize disruption to an active club environment.
