Peterson served as design-build general contractor on Park 136 in Brownsburg, Indiana for The Atkins Group, an Illinois-based commercial developer making their first industrial development entry into the Indianapolis metro market. The facility is located one mile from the I-74 interchange with direct access to Crawfordsville Road and Ronald Reagan Parkway.
The facility features a 24-foot clear height, six dock doors, two drive-in doors, and 57 parking spaces, purpose-built to serve small to mid-size industrial and distribution tenants in the Indianapolis west submarket. Following shell delivery, Peterson completed the interior build-out for Postal Center International (PCI), a national mailing and shipping services company.
This project reflects Peterson’s design-build capability across a range of industrial project sizes, and demonstrates the trust that out-of-state developers place in Peterson when entering the Indianapolis market for the first time — delivering speculative product from shell through tenant occupancy on a first-time market entry for the developer.
