Peterson served as general contractor on Decatur Airpark, an 80,000 SF Class A multi-tenant industrial facility within AmeriPlex Business Park in Indianapolis, delivered for The Meritex Company, a national industrial developer based in Minneapolis, MN.

Located at 4925 Decatur Boulevard adjacent to Indianapolis International Airport, the facility features a 28-foot clear height, 14 dock doors, four drive-in doors, a 142-foot truck court, 94 parking spaces, and 16 trailer spaces. The building includes two speculative office suites, 2,800-amp power service, ESFR fire protection, and LED lighting throughout.

The project was designed with a strong emphasis on tenant experience, incorporating an outdoor recreation area, walking paths connecting through AmeriPlex, bike racks, clerestory windows, and multiple storefronts, reflecting Meritex’s stated focus on workplace quality as a tenant attraction and retention tool.
