We recently completed a renovation for The Luxury Pergola in Noblesville, Indiana! Our team constructed a 4,300-square-foot office within the vacant warehouse. This project included everything from the flooring, framing, and drywall to the MEP.

We completed tenant improvements on this 3,500 SF office space for Canature Water Group in Park 130 - Building #5. This 3,500 SF office space includes a conference room, a break room, four offices, two multi-capacity restrooms, and a kitchen area.
Our team installed new plumbing, drywall, and paint, new VCT and carpet, acoustical ceiling ceramic tile walls in the restrooms, and new casework with a sink and garbage disposal. We also installed brand-new electrical services and HVAC equipment throughout the building.
We completed tenant improvements on this 54,000-square-foot indoor soccer facility for Indy Premier in Washington Business Park. This facility allows our client to expand its existing youth soccer programming while also introducing new adult indoor leagues.their company
Our team turned a 6,400 SF old brewery space into the new home for Simply Chic, a modern resale store. We demoed all the existing walls, relocated the barn door, and put in new double front doors, a sales counter, a slat wall, and storage for totes. In addition, five (5) new dressing rooms and a new office and restroom were added.
Our Tenant Improvement Team renovated this 3,000 SF space in Indianapolis, Indiana. Our team did the updated finishes, which included new floors, new paint everywhere, new ceiling tiles, new lights, bathroom fixtures, and bathroom partitions.
This project required demising a 387,000 SF warehouse to create a 119,000 SF tenant space and constructed a 2,400 SF main office and a 250 SF shipping office within that space, including all new electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. In addition, we installed an entire racking system within the warehouse, including a fully automated three-story pic mod, with material lift for each level. We also provided power and data for several workstations and multiple pieces of equipment throughout the warehouse.
Peterson completed an interior renovation for Enable Injections, Inc.—an innovative, wearable drug delivery development and manufacturing company. For this project, our team renovated a 1,500-square-foot open office with a break room, two separate restrooms, an IT Room, and a janitor's closet.

This project is the first phase out of two that Peterson completed for SelectRx. We renovated an existing 11,900 SF tenant space to meet the new tenant's needs. This renovation included demoing all existing warehouse electrical and HVAC systems and replacing them with new ones. The new tenant packages medication for individuals and requires multiple electrical and data drops for equipment, (2) storage mezzanines, (1) material lift, (2) precast concrete ramps, and a very specialized IT closet and security system.
We transformed this space into the new home for Decorate Boutique, a boutique home goods store. Renovations included installing plastic laminate, a light demo, flooring, painting, and electrical.
The new location on Mass Ave in Indianapolis will replace their previous store and provide customers with more shopping space.
Renovation of an existing academic facility that included new flooring, paint, vinyl base, ceiling grid and tile, and lighting fixtures. We also constructed a new utility closet and mop sink, which required concrete cutting and under-slab plumbing. All this work had to be completed in a seven week timeframe while there were no students on site. This took an extraordinary amount of coordination and oversite.
