Construction is complete on a new 539,000 SF speculative warehouse in Franklin, Indiana. This building will feature a 36' clear height and seamless access to I-65. Other features include four (4) drive-in doors, 54 dock doors, 66 trailer parking spaces, and 357 vehicle parking spaces.
We completed a build-out in this 33,500 SF vacant warehouse space by adding a 3,170 SF office pod featuring a conference room and break room.
Some work we did on this project included cutting in new storefront doors and windows, wall framing, insulation, hanging drywall, drywall finishing, painting; installing acoustical ceilings, new doors, frames, and hardware; new flooring; millwork in the breakroom; driver’s room, work room, and restrooms; all new plumbing for (2) new gang restrooms, kitchenette in work area, and break room; restroom accessories/toilet partitions; new concrete at entry; exterior improvements. Our team successfully completed this project while working in an occupied space with stored products.
Our team recently completed four buildings for Fast Pace Health, a provider of urgent care services. These walk-in clinics are all approximately 3,700 SF and include a reception area, exam rooms, lab area, and x-ray room.
These two buildings were constucted for Becknell Industrial in Mount Comfort Commercial Park. Building #1 is 260,000 SF and features a 2,000 SF spec office, 36' clear height, two drive-in doors, 136 parking spaces, and 62 trailer parking spaces. Building #2 is 390,000 SF and features a 32' clear height and four drive-in doors, 207 parking spaces, and 53 trailer parking spaces.
We transformed this space into the new home for Decorate Boutique, a boutique home goods store. Renovations included installing plastic laminate, a light demo, flooring, painting, and electrical.

This 15,000 SF build-to-suit retail center was constructed for Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana. The facility features a 25' clear height. The new building will replace their previous location and provide more space for bargain-hunting shoppers.
Renovation of an existing academic facility that included new flooring, paint, vinyl base, ceiling grid and tile, and lighting fixtures. We also constructed a new utility closet and mop sink, which required concrete cutting and under-slab plumbing. All this work had to be completed in a seven week timeframe while there were no students on site. This took an extraordinary amount of coordination and oversite.
