Building 1 totals 737,457 SF and features a 40-foot clear height, 74 dock doors, four drive-in doors, 388 parking spaces, and 153 trailer parking spaces, with immediate access to I-65. The building is fully leased to Shein, the global e-commerce and fashion retailer, which selected Whitestown as a key node in its U.S. fulfillment network. Building 2 totals 183,033 SF and features a 32-foot clear height, 18 dock doors, two drive-in doors and 52 trailer parking spaces. Building 2 is fully leased to Scooter’s Coffee, a national franchise coffee company, whose Whitestown facility serves as the largest in its supply chain network, supporting more than 300 locations across multiple states.
