Peterson served as general contractor on Building 2 at Brownsburg Logistics Park in Brownsburg, Indiana, delivering a 561,000 SF speculative industrial facility for Scannell Properties, one of the most active national industrial developers in the United States and a key development partner for Peterson across the Indianapolis market.

The facility features a 36-foot clear height, 66 dock doors, four drive-in doors, 386 parking spaces, and 129 trailer parking spaces, purpose-built to accommodate large-format distribution and logistics tenants along the Ronald Reagan Parkway corridor.

This project reflects Peterson’s capability to deliver large-scale speculative industrial facilities for nationally recognized institutional developers, and is part of a continued partnership with Scannell Properties across multiple buildings within the Brownsburg Logistics Park.
