Peterson served as general contractor on ATMI’s Indianapolis production facility, a 50,000 SF expansion of their active precast concrete panel manufacturing facility in Greenfield, Indiana. ATMI Indy is a precast concrete panel manufacturer and a key part of the supply chain behind many of the industrial facilities Peterson delivers across the Midwest.

The expansion added dedicated office space, breakroom facilities, and a new indoor production area directly adjacent to ATMI Indy’s operating plant, delivering the additional manufacturing capacity needed to meet growing market demand while maintaining continuous production throughout construction.

This project reflects Peterson’s capability to execute manufacturing facility expansions within active production environments, managing construction sequencing and site coordination to avoid disruption to ongoing operations. That ATMI Indy selected Peterson to expand their own facility is a measure of the trust built through years of shared work across Peterson’s industrial construction portfolio.
