Peterson served as general contractor on a full interior build-out for BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy, a national specialty pharmacy and subsidiary of Elevance Health, delivering a 47,000 SF pharmacy distribution and operations facility in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Peterson constructed a full-height demising wall within an existing shell building to create the dedicated tenant space, then completed a full interior build-out encompassing a licensed pharmacy, warehouse and distribution area, conference rooms, private offices, and break room facilities — delivering a fully compliant and operational specialty pharmacy environment within an industrial shell.
