Peterson served as general contractor on Building 1 at Avon Logistics Center in Avon, Indiana, completing a 1,100,000 SF speculative industrial facility for a confidential developer. This delivery represents Peterson’s second consecutive project at Avon Logistics Center, following the successful completion of Building 2 in Winter 2022.

The facility features a 40-foot clear height, 104 dock doors, four drive-in doors, 402 parking spaces, and a 6,000 SF speculative office suite, purpose-built to accommodate a wide range of large-format distribution and logistics tenants.

At over one million square feet, Avon Logistics Center Building 1 is one of the largest single-building industrial deliveries Peterson has completed in Indiana. This project reflects the kind of repeat developer relationships that come from consistent, reliable execution — and positions Peterson among a short list of Indiana GCs with proven million-square-foot industrial delivery capability.
