Peterson served as design-build general contractor on Buildings 1 and 2 at Lebanon Business Park in Lebanon, Indiana for Citimark Real Estate Investment Company, delivering two Class A speculative industrial facilities totaling 277,919 SF. This project represents two of four buildings Peterson has completed for Citimark, reflecting a continued design-build partnership across multiple industrial developments in the Indianapolis metro market.
Building 1 totals 106,171 SF and features a 28-foot clear height, 12 dock doors, 12 knock-out positions, one drive-in door, 88 parking spaces, six trailer parking spaces, and a 130-foot truck court, constructed with an insulated precast panel system and ESFR fire protection. Building 2 totals 171,748 SF with 16 dock doors, 20 knock-out positions, and four drive-in doors.
Tenants include Hampton Lumber, a family-owned Pacific Northwest lumber company with regional distribution operations, Kirby Risk Electrical Supply, a well-established Indiana-based electrical distributor, and AdvanceTEC.
This project reflects Peterson’s design-build capability to deliver multi-building Class A industrial parks from design through full tenant occupancy, in continued partnership with Citimark Real Estate Investment Company across their Indiana industrial portfolio.
