Peterson completed a 20,000 SF interior build-out for O’Reilly Auto Parts in Orem, Utah, transforming an existing bare building into an Ultra Hub facility designed to support the company’s operations.

The project included a comprehensive interior construction scope, including MEP work, vestibule installation, floor polishing, drywall, and framing. Through the build-out, Peterson transformed the existing space into a fully functional facility tailored to O’Reilly Auto Parts’ needs.
