Peterson is currently serving as the general contractor for Whiteland Building #2, a project for developer Core5 Industrial Partners, LLC. Located in Whiteland, Indiana, the project is situated just one mile from the I-65 and E 500 N interchange.

Designed to support modern distribution and logistics operations, the facility will feature 119 dock doors, two drive-in doors, and a 40-foot clear height. The project will also include 789 car parking spaces and 243 trailer parking spaces, providing the infrastructure needed to support large-scale industrial operations.
