Ring Container Technologies

Whitestown, IN

Peterson served as general contractor on a full tenant improvement build-out at a 235,000 SF industrial facility in Whitestown, Indiana for Lord Realty, with Ring Container Technologies, one of North America’s largest PET and HDPE plastic container manufacturers, as the end-user tenant.

The scope of work included complete warehouse and production area build-out, a new structural mezzanine to support manufacturing operations, a two-story office build-out, and a 3,000 SF precast building addition. Mechanical and electrical scopes ran concurrently as interior improvements progressed throughout the facility. Exterior improvements included installation of a cooling tower and production silos, purpose-built infrastructure supporting Ring Container’s specialized manufacturing requirements.

This project reflects Peterson’s capability to execute complex, large-scale industrial tenant improvements for national manufacturers, managing simultaneous structural, mechanical, electrical, and exterior scopes while coordinating closely with both the developer and end-user tenant to deliver a facility built to precise production specifications.
