We completed construction on Bullitt 3 Logistics Center, a 376,525 SF Class A speculative warehouse in Shepherdsville, KY. The building features a 36-foot clear height, 41 dock doors, and two drive-in doors, delivering efficient modern industrial space to the Kentucky market. The project was completed for Core5 Industrial Partners, LLC as part of our continued growth in the region.
