Peterson served as design-build general contractor on Park 130 Building 7 in Whitestown, Indiana for Lord Realty Group, delivering a 400,000 SF speculative industrial facility. This project represents the seventh building Peterson has delivered for Lord Realty Group at Park 130, continuing a longstanding partnership and track record of consistent execution across the development.

The facility features a 36-foot clear height, 40 dock doors, four drive-in doors and 271 parking spaces. Designed to support modern industrial operations, the speculative facility provides flexible space within one of the Indianapolis metro’s most active industrial submarkets.

This project reflects Peterson’s design-build capability and continued partnership with Lord Realty Group across their Indiana industrial portfolio, delivering speculative product from design through completion at Park 130.
