Building 3 is a 168,480 SF multi-tenant facility featuring a 32-foot clear height, eight dock doors, one drive-in door, 16 trailer parking spaces, 42 parking spaces, and a 2,000 SF speculative office suite. Building 4 is a 169,000 SF facility featuring a 32-foot clear height, 15 dock doors, three drive-in doors, 49 trailer parking spaces, 125 parking spaces, and ESFR fire protection. Both buildings are designed with 60-foot speed bays and LED lighting throughout.
Brownsburg Logistics Park is positioned directly along Ronald Reagan Parkway with access to I-74, I-70, and I-65, adjacent to the UPS Super Hub, FedEx Global Hub, and Indianapolis International Airport — among the most logistics-intensive locations in the Midwest.
