Peterson served as general contractor on Avon Logistics Center Building 6 in Avon, Indiana, delivering a 613,000 SF industrial facility for a confidential repeat developer client. This project marks Peterson’s continued presence on the Avon Logistics campus, where Peterson has previously delivered multiple buildings for the same client.

The facility features a 40-foot clear height, 62 dock doors, four drive-in doors, and 393 parking spaces, designed to accommodate large-format distribution and logistics operations in the Indianapolis west submarket.
