Peterson served as general contractor on a 325,000 SF build-to-suit facility in Indianapolis, Indiana for Citimark Real Estate and Gershman Partners, delivered as the first building completed within County Line Commerce, a new master-planned industrial and mixed-use development.

The facility was purpose-built for Alfa Laval, a leading global provider of heat transfer, separation, and fluid handling products, and represents a significant industrial investment by an established international manufacturer in the Indianapolis market.

This project reflects Peterson’s capability to execute build-to-suit facilities for global manufacturers within master-planned developments. As the first building delivered at County Line Commerce, this project establishes one of Indianapolis’ newest and most well-located industrial parks.
