Peterson served as design-build general contractor on a purpose-built 80,000 SF manufacturing facility in Greenwood, Indiana for California Custom Fruits and Flavors, Inc., a California-based specialty food processor supplying processed fruit ingredients for yogurt, bakery fillings, and other food applications.

Peterson managed both design and construction on behalf of the owner, delivering a facility tailored to the company’s specific food processing and production requirements. The project also represents a strategic Midwest expansion for California Custom Fruits and Flavors, positioning the company closer to its Midwest customer base and enabling increased domestic production capacity.
