Peterson served as design-build general contractor on a 200,000 SF purpose-built industrial facility in Greenfield, Indiana for Brybelly Holdings, a wholesale and drop-ship product company serving retail customers across a diverse range of consumer categories.

The facility is situated on 26 acres within Alliance Interstate Park in the Mt. Comfort corridor east of Indianapolis, one of the region’s most active industrial submarkets. Featuring a 32-foot clear height, the building was designed and delivered to support Brybelly’s full warehousing and distribution operations under one roof.

This project reflects Peterson’s design-build capability for owner-occupied clients, managing both design and construction to deliver a facility purpose-built to a specific operator’s requirements from the ground up.
