Peterson served as general contractor on Indy South Logistics Park in Greenwood, Indiana, delivering a two-building speculative industrial development totaling 708,000 SF for CA Ventures and Clarion Partners, a Chicago-based real estate developer and one of the largest institutional real estate investment managers in the country, respectively.

Building A is a 429,300 SF facility featuring a 36-foot clear height, 94 dock doors, 46 dock levelers, four drive-in doors, and 313 parking spaces. Building B is a 278,200 SF facility featuring a 36-foot clear height, 57 dock doors, 30 dock levelers, three drive-in doors, and 241 parking spaces. Both buildings offer direct access to I-65 and I-465, positioning the park among the most accessible logistics locations in the Indianapolis South submarket.

This project reflects Peterson’s capability to deliver large-scale, multi-building speculative industrial developments for institutional capital partners in the Indianapolis metro market.
