We are currently constructing Whiteland Building #2, a project we’re proud to be serving as the general contractor for developer Core5 Industrial Partners, LLC. Located in Whiteland, Indiana, the project sits just one mile from the I-65 and E 500 N interchange. Designed for modern distribution and logistics, the facility will feature 119 dock doors, two drive-in doors, 40’ clear height, 789 car parking spaces, 243 trailer parking spaces, and an 11,000 SF speculative office.
