Peterson is currently serving as the design-build general contractor on Building 8 at Park 130 in Whitestown, Indiana for Lord Realty Holdings, constructing a 670,000 SF industrial facility within the Park 130 development. This project represents Peterson’s eighth building delivered within the Park 130 development, continuing a longstanding partnership with Lord Realty Holdings and the growth of one of the Indianapolis metro’s active industrial campuses.

The facility will feature a 40-foot clear height, 68 dock doors, four drive-in doors, and 97 truck parking spaces. Currently under construction, the project is designed to provide a large-scale, flexible industrial facility to support future tenant operations within the Park 130 development.

This project reflects Peterson’s continued design-build capabilities in delivering large-scale speculative industrial facilities and its ongoing partnership with Lord Realty Holdings across their Indianapolis northwest portfolio.
