The Peterson Company is teaming up with Foamcraft on a new retail development in Lawrence, Indiana. This project strives to continue the momentum in a growing area within the City of Lawrence. It aims to add high-end dining and retail options inside a unique architectural concept.

The Corner at Fort Ben is scheduled to break ground in the Spring of 2025, with a projected open date in the summer of 2026. Along with a high-level dining option, the development also is targeting additional local tenants and owners, such as an ice cream shop, coffee shop, bakery, and more.
