We completed a build-out in this 33,500 SF vacant warehouse space by adding a 3,170 SF office pod featuring a conference room and break room. Some work we did on this project included cutting in new storefront doors and windows, wall framing, insulation, hanging drywall, drywall finishing, painting; installing acoustical ceilings, new doors, frames, and hardware; new flooring; millwork in the breakroom; driver’s room, work room, and restrooms; all new plumbing for (2) new gang restrooms, kitchenette in work area, and break room; restroom accessories/toilet partitions; new concrete at entry; exterior improvements. Our team successfully completed this project while working in an occupied space with stored products.
