Project Description
We completed work on Subaru in Lafayette, IN. Our team turned an empty 10,000 SF space into a new office and constructed a new vehicle repair and maintenance shop within the warehouse. In addition, we created a 2,000 SF joint inspection/training space. This project included external steps and provisions for future EV charging stations. We also added a converter receiving and processing area with a dust collector and dedicated negative-pressure exhaust fan.
